If we rotate the isosceles triangle or tetrahedron in plan, the resulting axes build Harmony through converging on the one hand to the Common Good, Well-being and Freedom and on the other side to the Fair, the Right and the Truth.

What would happen if we translate this constitution into the Mexican Constitution 1917? A complete Constitution would result in the Truth of Values and our Mexico would enter into Harmony.
